Process

Degree Evaluation
Degree must be evaluated by an AICE or NACES organisation member.

Email us Degrees
Teacher have to email us the Degree course by couse which are evaluated Degree-equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in either education or the academic subject field in which they intend to teach.

Take PRAXIS exam
The Teacher must qualify Praxis exam which will be informed by the HR of the School.

Teaching Experience
Higher Experience of the teacher will lead to higher salary. Teacher needs to submit the work experience.

Character Review
Complete Fingerprint & Crimnal History review process Teacher must be of good reputation and character. Possess sufficient proficiency in the English language.

Payment of Application
Teacher has to pay a Fee of 105$ towards processing of application.

Letter of Eligibility, Contract and Offer letter
Once the Letter of Eligibility is issued by Department of Education USA stating that the Teacher has met the requirement for their identified area of certification.

Attorney Paper work process
Letter of Eligibility and Hire paper work to be submitted by School immigration Attorney to USCIS as part of H1B Visa process.

Fill Visa application. https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

Form
DS-2019 or DS-160
Please read it carefully. Immediately inform Resonsible Officer of any errors in name, date of birth, place of birth. Sign and make a copy of the form.

Visa appointment
Make Visa application fee and take appointent before booking the Air ticket.

Interview at USA Embassy
Reach one hour prior to appointment time at the Embassy or Consulate. Once visa is approved Airlines ticket can be booked.

Apply for Social Security number once you arrive in USA
- Inform us & School / Sponsor of your arrival to the United States.
- Apply for a Social Security Number a day after your arrival.
- Please provide us with your current address and telephone number.
- Please provide us with your current address and telephone number.
- Complete the New Employee Forms on Frontline Central. They will be emailed to you.
- Please update your address within ten days of change of address, otherwise your program will be terminated.
